2012 Festival Queen Selected - Cordelia Roberts

Cordelia, a 16 year old pupil at Kings Norton Girls Sixth Form Centre, beat off stiff competition to be crowned Queen. The Festival Queen will take centre stage during the Maypole dance at this years Festival. which is the She is studying to go to University to become a Marine Biologist. She loves swimming and scuba diving and volunteering at the local Barnardos shop in Harborne. She is really looking forward to being Queen, having been in the Maypole since the age of 4 when she was a train bearer, through petal girls and strings, to gypies and flower girls. more >>

The star attraction in 2012 is the Falconry Display and the Shipston Town Band. A full programme has now been confirmed.
